Membership terms & cancellation.

The terms that govern CalenVoy membership: what the fee covers, how payment is arranged, your right to cancel, and how individual travel bookings are handled. These terms apply in addition to our Website Terms and Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Who you are contracting with

CalenVoy is a private travel and concierge membership operated as a registered business in Sjöbo, Sweden (org. no. 19971220-XXXX). You can reach us at hello@calenvoy.com or +46 734025838.

These terms form the agreement between you and CalenVoy when you take up membership. We will confirm the key details, including the fee, in writing before any payment is due.

What membership includes

Membership gives you a dedicated point of contact, access to our private partner network, and proactive, personally arranged travel planning rather than an on-demand booking tool.

  • A named contact who handles your journeys directly.
  • Access to properties, operators, and experiences within our vetted network.
  • Itinerary planning, with a target of 48 hours from a confirmed brief.
  • Continuous support before and during travel.

How membership is arranged

Membership is by application. After you request access, we review the application personally and, if it is a fit, arrange a conversation. We then send a written proposal and a private invoice.

There is no public price list and no checkout on this website. Your membership begins when your invoice is paid, which also confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Fees and payment

Membership is billed as an annual fee. Because support is scoped to how you travel, the fee is agreed individually and confirmed to you in writing before you pay.

Payment is made securely through our payment providers, Stripe and Wise. Depending on what we enable for your invoice, you can pay by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer. Card payments carry the standard protections offered by your card issuer.

The membership fee covers our service only. The cost of travel itself, such as flights, stays, charters, and reservations, is separate and is paid by you directly to each provider. CalenVoy does not hold your travel funds.

Your 14-day right to cancel

As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen). The period runs for 14 days from the day the agreement is entered into. You do not have to give a reason.

If you cancel in time, we refund the membership fee within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

How to cancel

Send a clear statement that you wish to cancel to hello@calenvoy.com within the 14-day period. Email is enough; you do not need a special form. Keep a copy of your message as proof of the date.

For example: “I hereby cancel my CalenVoy membership entered into on [date]. Name, address, date.”

If you ask us to start during the 14 days

If you would like us to begin planning during the 14-day period, we will ask for your express consent to start early. This does not remove your right to cancel.

If you cancel after we have started with your consent, you pay a reasonable amount for the work already carried out up to that point. If work has not yet started, you receive a full refund.

Travel bookings are separate

The 14-day right applies to your membership, not to individual travel you book through us. Under the same law, bookings tied to a specific date or period, such as flights, hotel stays, villas, charters, and dated experiences, are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right.

Each such booking follows the cancellation, change, and refund terms of the provider delivering it. We will make those terms clear to you before you commit to a booking.

Term, renewal, and later cancellation

Membership runs for 12 months from the start date. We will contact you before the end of the term about renewal, and renewal only proceeds once you confirm and a new invoice is paid.

After the 14-day cancellation period has passed, the annual fee is non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. You can decline renewal at any time by telling us before your next term begins.

Complaints and disputes

If something is not right, contact us first at hello@calenvoy.com and we will try to resolve it directly.

If we cannot resolve it, you can seek free guidance from Hallå konsument (the Swedish Consumer Agency) and refer the matter to ARN, the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden). These terms are governed by Swedish law.
