Malin Persson
Co-founder & Client Relations
Malin didn't arrive in luxury travel through a hotel chain or a corporate agency. She spent fifteen years running her own floral studio and wedding coordination business in Sweden, arranging celebrations from the smallest details all the way up to dressing entire castles. Among her most memorable commissions was a wedding for an Academy Award–winning Hollywood sound designer and his bride, a classically trained musician who had performed at the Oscar galas. She was never just a supplier, she was someone clients trusted at the most private moments of their lives.
When she sold that business, she brought the same discipline to travel, having personally visited over forty countries, staying at properties in Thailand, Dubai, Monaco, and beyond. She vets every partner in the CalenVoy network herself. She researches every property herself, connects with them directly, and only adds them to the network once she's personally satisfied with what they offer. Nothing is offered to a client that she hasn't personally approved.
Her belief is simple: the best travel experiences are built on trust, not transactions. That is the standard she holds every recommendation to.

Built out of frustration
with the ordinary.
CalenVoy began with a simple frustration: too many “luxury” trips felt expensive — but not exceptional. The details were wrong, the coordination was slow, and service was reactive instead of proactive.
So we built a lean, high-touch service model — and started assembling a private network of properties and operators we'd confidently recommend to our own friends and family.
We're now onboarding founding members and expanding the network carefully, with one priority: every trip should feel like it was arranged specifically for you.
