This is a small business by design, and the size is part of what we sell: one team, one point of contact, nobody handing you on. Growing the team quickly would break the thing people are paying for.

So we hire when the work genuinely outgrows us, which is not often.

• Real knowledge of somewhere in Sweden — not a reading of it.
• Writing that is plain. Every page on this site was written by someone who cared about the sentences.
• Comfort with saying no to a traveller, and explaining why.
• Swedish is useful in the north and close to essential when dealing with small operators.
