One team handles your journey from the first message to the flight home. That is partly service and partly privacy: the fewer people who need to know you are travelling, the fewer people know.

A kennel needs a name, a date and a weight for the sled. A guesthouse in Rensjön needs to know how many of you there are and when you arrive. Neither needs to know what you do, who you work for, or what the rest of the week looks like.

We brief each of them on their own part. Nobody is given the whole itinerary as a matter of course.

We do not publish client names, we do not post photographs of the people we have travelled, and we will not use you as a reference without asking first and taking no for an answer.

Where we describe work we have done, the people in it are not named.

Correspondence lives in one system, not forwarded around. We do not discuss one traveller with another, and we do not trade names with other agencies.

Ask us what we hold and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where bookkeeping law obliges us to keep the accounts. The mechanics of that are set out in full in our privacy notice.
