Our promise

Discretion, by design.

Exceptional travel only works when trust is absolute. We treat privacy as a condition of service — not a policy page added later.

Handled carefully

Privacy is built into how we operate.

The people we serve often share details they share with very few others: where they are going, when they are travelling, with whom, and how they prefer to live while away. We protect that information carefully, and we share only what is necessary to deliver the trip well.

Identity

We do not disclose that you are a CalenVoy client unless that disclosure is necessary to fulfil a booking you have asked us to arrange.

Itinerary

Dates, destinations, guest counts, and logistics are shared only with the providers directly involved in that specific journey.

Preferences

Dietary requirements, room preferences, travel style, and profile notes stay internal unless sharing them improves the trip you requested.

Contact details

We do not pass on your phone number or email address without consent, except when you ask us to facilitate direct communication.

Financial relationship

Membership status, plan details, and billing arrangements are never disclosed to third parties as part of normal operations.

Partner briefings

We share only what the service requires.

When coordinating stays, transfers, and experiences, our approach is restrained. We do not circulate broad profiles or unnecessary background. We brief providers with what they need to execute well — and no more.

In practice, that usually means dates, guest count, room or service requirements, and the relevant preferences that improve the booking. We do not share your profession, employer, or identifying context unless you instruct us to.

Typical partner briefing

  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Number of guests
  • Room or service requirements
  • Relevant dietary or accessibility notes
  • Specific guest requests you want us to relay

Where a reservation must be held in your name, the provider will store that booking in its own systems under its own privacy policy. When discretion is especially important, we can advise on the most privacy-conscious arrangements available.

Within CalenVoy

Quiet internally, careful externally.

Need-to-know access

Within CalenVoy, client information is limited to the people actively involved in delivering your request.

Partner restraint

We brief partners with the minimum information needed to execute the reservation well — nothing speculative, nothing performative.

No marketing without consent

We never publish a testimonial, case study, itinerary, or mention of your travels without explicit written permission.

Your control

You stay in charge of your information.

If you want visibility into what we hold, need something corrected, or no longer want a profile retained, we will handle that plainly and promptly.

Access

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction

Update preferences, contact details, or profile notes at any time.

Deletion

Ask us to remove non-essential profile data when you no longer wish to use the service.

Restriction

Tell us to limit how your information is used while you decide whether to continue.

Plainly stated

What we will not do.

  • We will not sell your data.
  • We will not reference your travel in marketing without written consent.
  • We will not share your identity unless it is necessary to fulfil a service you asked us to arrange.
  • We will not keep non-essential data longer than needed for the relationship.
  • We will explain our handling of your information in clear language whenever you ask.

Questions about privacy?

We are happy to explain our approach in plain language.
