Yes. CalenVoy operates as a private membership rather than an open booking platform. Membership gives you a dedicated contact, access to our private partner network, and proactive planning that isn't available on demand. We keep membership deliberately small so the quality of attention stays consistent.

Yes. The application form includes an option for an assistant applying on behalf of a principal. Have your assistant note it in the form and we will follow up accordingly.

Our target is 48 hours from a confirmed brief. Complex multi-destination trips naturally involve more back-and-forth, but that timeline reflects how we work. We don't believe in making you wait a week for a shortlist.

Yes. We are available 24/7 and that includes urgent requests. Same-day transfers, reservations that need to happen tonight, itinerary changes mid-trip — that is exactly what continuous support is there for. The more lead time you can give us the better, but we do not require it for everything.

Both. We handle the planning beforehand and stay reachable throughout your journey. If something changes on the ground — a flight, a property issue, a schedule that needs adjusting — you are not left to manage it alone.

We operate across 25+ countries, with properties and operators spanning Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond — including Thailand, Dubai, Monaco, and the Maldives. Malin vets every partner personally before they join the network. If a destination isn't somewhere we can vouch for directly, we will tell you that.

Private hotels and resorts, villas and private residences, jets and helicopter transfers, yacht and coastal charters, chauffeur and ground transport, fine dining reservations, wellness retreats, family travel, VIP access, security and privacy support, and full itinerary management. If something doesn't fit a category neatly, describe it — we will tell you whether we can help.

Yes. The application includes corporate and executive travel as a membership type, alongside family office clients. If you manage a principal's diary or handle complex multi-destination travel at board level, that is well within what we do.

With discretion as a first principle. Your dates, destinations, and logistics are shared only with the providers directly involved in that journey — not for marketing, not as references, and never without your explicit written permission. There is no fixed public floor. The application asks about your estimated annual travel investment to help us understand the right level of support to offer. The initial conversation is about finding a structure that fits how you actually travel — not placing you into a preset package.

There is no public price list. CalenVoy is a private membership rather than a subscription product, and fees are scoped individually based on how you travel and the level of support you need. Cost is discussed directly during the access conversation and confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Yes. One of our concierge options is specifically for one-off luxury trip planning, and another covers occasional support. CalenVoy is not exclusively for year-round clients. If you travel a few times a year but want those trips handled with serious attention, that is exactly who we work with.
